Abstract: At 8:00 a.m. on February 16, 2021, Employee #1 was operating a standup forklift and returning from transporting products to the dock. While driving in reverse, the employee lost control of the forklift and pinned his leg between the forklift and a concrete pole. Employee #1 sustained a broken leg and was hospitalized for treatment.
