Abstract: At 7:15 p.m. on January 18, 2021, an employee who had been working as an admitting clerk at a general medical and surgical hospital died from COVID-19. On a date not indicated in the narrative the employee was sent home from work due to her experiencing COVID-19 related symptoms. On January 5, 2021, the employee was hospitalized due to not being able to breath. The date, time and other details leading up to exposure are not indicated in the narrative.
