Abstract: At 5:15 a.m. on August 24, 2020, an employee was unloading fiberglass sheets to be laminated. The employee pulled one and placed it above his head to inspect it, when the other 26 fiberglass sheets fell on him and pushed him over. The employee was hospitalized to treat a head injury and concussion.
