Abstract: At approximately 12:00 p.m. on November 22, 2020, Employee #1, a 34-year-old male employee of Roofing Pros Inc., was working on the reroofing project of a single-family home at in Terra Bella, CA. The roofing paper had already been installed, and the employee was preparing shingles when the incident occurred. The employee fell to the concrete walkway, striking his head and causing a concussion. He was immediately induced into a coma and hospitalized for over 24 hours.
