Abstract: At 9:45 a.m. on January 15, 2021, Employee #1, employed by a company involved in loading and unloading operations, was using a stool ladder to access the building's entrance. While on the ladder, the employee lost his balance and fell from the top to the floor. The employee sustained a fracture to the ankle. Emergency services were called, and the employee was transported to the hospital for admission and treatment.
