Abstract: At 1:45 p.m. on January 18, 2021, Employee #1 was near a rail being lifted by a crane to be moved back into the weld shop. As the load shifted, it came off the "S" hook and struck the employee in the back of his legs. The impact caused a contusion. The employee was hospitalized for treatment.
