Abstract: At 9:00 a.m. on September 18, 2020, Employee #1, employed by a construction company, was removing stucco from the exterior wall of a building. While working from the roof, the employee fell to the ground, striking his head on cobblestones. Emergency services were called, and the employee was transported to the hospital, where he was treated for a head fracture.
