Abstract: At approximately 3:30 p.m. on December 8, 2020, Employee #1 was returning from making deliveries and was instructed by their supervisor to assist in offloading trucks. While stepping off the stand-up lift they were operating, Employee #1 was struck by another forklift operated by a coworker. The incident resulted in a broken leg for Employee #1. The employee was hospitalized.
