Abstract: At approximately 9:00 a.m. on December 7, 2020, an employee who was a chemical dependency counselor worked directly with a client who was coughing on October 13, 2020. The employee began to experience symptoms on October 15 and was tested on October 19. The employee received positive results on October 20, 2020. The employee was placed on ventilator on October 26, 2020 and died on December 7, 2020.
