Abstract: At 6:30 a.m. on September 29, 2020, an employee, a truck driver, was pulling the tarp over a load of rock dust. The rope attached to the bar at the end of the tarp broke, causing him to lose his balance and fall approximately 54 inches onto the dirt. The employee was hospitalized to treat a fractured right femur.
