Abstract: At 12:25 p.m. on October 13, 2020, an employee was worker as a flagger for roadside telecommunications work. The employee was waiting to signal an open lane of traffic as traffic cleared the lane from the opposite direction when he was struck by a pickup truck. The employee died of blunt force trauma.
