Abstract: At 11:00 a.m. on September 11, 2020, an employee was picking plums from a ladder, using both hands to pick the fruit. Without having three points of contact on the ladder, the employee fell, injuring his leg. The employee's legs became entangled in the ladder rungs as he fell. He was hospitalized.
