Abstract: At 2:30 p.m. on September 17, 2020, Employee #1 was working for a structural steel contractor. Employee #1 was standing in the fabricated platform. Employee #1 was not utilizing fall protection when he fell to the concrete floor. Employee #1 suffered fractures to the face, legs and arms. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
