Abstract: At 10:00 a.m. on March 13, 2020, Employee#1 was employed by an HVAC Construction Contractor, while removing ductwork. The ductwork fell while it was being removed and struck Employee #1, causing him to fall from the ladder. Employee #1 fell to the ground suffering a broken wrist and was hospitalized.
