Abstract: At 3:45 p.m. on July 29, 2020, an employee was climbing over a rock wall to access a water pump that required maintenance when he fell between 5 and 12 feet from the wall. The employee incurred lacerations and broke, fractured and dislocated several bones in his arm, back and face, requiring hospitalization.
