Abstract: At 3:45 p.m. on June 19, 2020, an employee was on an A-frame ladder installing a satellite dish. The employee was attempting to mount the dish bracket using his cordless drill. The employee lost his balance, the ladder tipped, and he fell onto the hitch of a trailer which was parked under the customer's carport. The employee sustained injuries to his right arm, a contusion to the right side of his abdomen, swelling to his liver, and swelling to his kidney. The employee was hospitalized.
