Abstract: At 12:00 a.m. on January 8, 2020, an employee was manually demolishing exterior walls from within the building on the third level. An exterior wall fell, collapsing the floor. The employee fell through the collapsed floor to the basement. The employee sustained a head and finger injury and was hospitalized.
