Abstract: At 10:15 a.m. on April 21, 2020, an employee was running lignum vitae boards through a planer. The employee pushed his left hand too far, and the cutting head grabbed his finger. The employee suffered an amputation to the left pinky finger at the second joint. The employee was treated without hospitalization.
