Abstract: At 12:30 p.m. on March 5, 2020, an employee was doing routine plastic strip re-threading through a series of rollers on an extruder machine assembly line, while the machine was energized. The carriage of one of the rollers moved forward and halted, resulting in the rollers making contact with the worker's neck. The worker suffered blunt force trauma to the neck and was hospitalized.
