Abstract: At 12:30 a.m. on February 20, 2020, an employee working as a machine operator for a plastic bag manufacturer was operating the Line 25 extruder. The employee was retrieving material from the extruder and caught his left hand in the press. He was hospitalized to treat a crushed hand.
