Abstract: At 7:30 a.m. on February 22, 2020, an employee was putting a buss duct collar in place on a switchgear enclosure. The employee fell off of A-frame ladder with the buss duct collar. The employee suffered a laceration to the left side of his face and fracture to the left scapula. The employee was hospitalized.
