Abstract: At 3:00 a.m. on February 19, 2020, Employee #1, an English speaking male, age 30, was using a torch to "dry" his shirt, after spilling isopropanol on it. The employee 's shirt caught on fire, and the employee picked up the shirt in an attempt to extinguish the flames. The employee started to spin the shirt in his left hand and, in the process, caught the back of his pants on fire. The employee was doing this action within 5 feet of a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket. A safety shower was also located within 10 feet of the incident. The employee proceeded to run away from the area where other employees saw him and get the burning clothes off of him and extinguish the flames.
