Abstract: At 12:00 a.m. on January 28, 2020, an employee worked to disassemble a pump jack scaffold. While attempting to lower an aluminum pole, the employee lost control and the pole contacted a 13kv electrical line. The employee was hospitalized to treat a severe electrical shock.
