Abstract: At 9:45 a.m. on October 8, 2019, an employee was attempting to move a 6-foot mirror by himself. The employee dropped the mirror on the ground, resulting in the mirror shattering. As a result, the employee suffered a deep laceration to the left forearm and was hospitalized.
