Abstract: At 11:00 a.m. on November 23, 2019, an employee was removing bails of recycled carton from bail equipment. The employee dismounted a forklift while the bail machine was running. The load on the bail equipment struck the employee on the back and left leg. The employee was hospitalized to treat a fractured left femur, left ankle, and back.
