Abstract: At 3:00 p.m. on November 20, 2019, an employee was chipping/removing solidified concrete form the interior walls of a concrete mixing truck drum with the use of a pneumatic hammer. A concrete piece fell from the upper wall of the drum and struck the employee's left hand and fingers. The employee was hospitalized to treat an amputation of the pinky and ring finger at the medial on the left hand.
