Abstract: At 9:45 a.m. on November 20, 2019, an employee went into machine 35 to manually unchoke the vacuum (Machine #34). The employee's hand was caught up in the saw cylinder of the stick machine. The employee was hospitalized to treat an amputation of the right hand.
