Abstract: At 12:04 p.m. on November 1, 2019, an employee was working for a logging firm. She was driving a log truck. The truck was loaded and traveling down a road, possibly downhill. At a corner, the driver lost control of the truck. The load shifted forward, crushing the cab. The employee was killed.
