Abstract: At 6:00 a.m. on July 2, 2019, Employee #1, employed by an electrical contractor, was engaged in installation work at an airport. He was using a slide hammer and driving in a ground rod. His right hand slipped and became pinched between the rod and the slide hammer, causing a puncture wound to the hand. The employee was hospitalized and treated for the puncture wound.
