Abstract: At 2:30 p.m. on October 2, 2019, an employee and a coworker were waiting inside a windmill tower on the bottom level for cables to be dropped down to them. A coworker approximately 200 feet above dropped a bolt that was used to connect the wind tower sections together. The bolt struck the employee's hard hat. The employee was hospitalized to treat a skull fracture.
