Abstract: At 7:45 p.m. on September 9, 2019, an employee was tracing an overhead pipe while walking. The employee walked into an open three-foot-deep sump of 200 to 225 degree F water that was missing a cover. The employee was hospitalized to treat burns to the lower portion of the body.
