Abstract: At 1:45 p.m. on August 23, 2019, Employee # 1 was working with an air hose at a shaper. She was loading wood to be pushed through the shaper head. Employee # 1's right hand fingers were struck by the rotating shaper head. She suffered amputations to the ends of the right index and middle fingers and was treated without hospitalization.
