Abstract: At 11:00 a.m. on July 24, 2019, an employee was loosening tension on a securement binder. The employee's finger tip was pinched between the metal binder and the sharp edge of the trailer. The employee suffered amputation of the left ring finger to the nail bed. The employee was not hospitalized.
