Abstract: At 11:10 a.m. on January 15, 2019, an employee opened a Accent 470 Wire Tier Knotter assembly on a Sierra Model REB-2 Two-Ram Baler to clear wire material when a moving component of the knotter assembly came down and caught the tip of his left thumb. The employee lacerated his thumb, requiring hospitalization.
