Abstract: At 2:30 p.m. on June 18, 2019, Employee #1, a construction truck driver, was cleaning the cab of his truck with a vacuum. He fell from his truck and struck his head on the pavement. Coworkers found Employee #1 lying on the ground next to his truck. He stated he remembered vacuuming and coworkers finding him, but he did not remember falling or what caused him to fall. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
