Abstract: At 3:30 p.m. on February 12, 2019, an employee worked from a twelve-inch plank above a stairwell to install insulation. At some point the employee fell approximately fourteen feet and was hospitalized for treatment of a kidney laceration, rib fracture, and body contusions.
