Abstract: At 1:00 p.m. on February 6, 2019, an employee was working at a forging machine while using tongs to insert a billet into the die area of an Upsetter. The employee was struck in the side when the die closed and it caught the tongs, fracturing several ribs. The employee was hospitalized.
