Abstract: At 11:59 a.m. on January 19, 2019, an employee was replacing a fluorescent light ballast and receiving an received an electric shock as he was making wire connections to the new ballast. The employee fell from a 6 foot ladder and fractured his left scapula. The employee also lacerated his head and was hospitalized.
