Abstract: At 9:00 a.m. on January 25, 2019, Employee #1, employed by a power line construction company, was assisting the foreman to install/set conductor wire. The hard line wire twisted and struck Employee #1. The employee was transported to the hospital, where he was admitted for treatment of multiple rib fracture, a collapsed lung, and a fractured collarbone.
