Abstract: At 6:30 p.m. on October 24, 2018, Employee #1 was releasing the magnet for a wood hammer mill when pressure and heat accumulated in the hammer mill, causing combustible dust to be released. The combustible dust ignited and caused an explosion. The employee received burns to both lower arms and face. The employee was hospitalized.
