Abstract: At 9:45 a.m. on August 28, 2018, Employee #1 was working at the renovation of a residential structure. He was instructing workers in installing siding as he walked on top of open joists. Employee #1 lost his balance and fell onto the joists, and his right leg fell between two framed sections. The employee was transported to the hospital, admitted, and underwent surgery to treat a spiral fracture of his leg.
