Abstract: At 1:10 p.m. on October 13, 2018, Employee # 1 was trimming the median strip that divides an avenue. A private vehicle drove onto the median where Employee # 1 was working. It struck and dragged a work truck, which in turn, struck and trapped Employee # 1. Employee # 1 suffered a broken right leg and other contusions and injuries. The employee was hospitalized.
