Abstract: At 12:30 p.m. on August 10, 2018, an employee was adjusting the tube inside the tire to finish adding air to finish mounting the tire. The employee reattached the locking air chuck and began adding air pressure to the tire to set it on the bead of the rim. The employee was struck and fractured his arm when the tire flew up and was hospitalized.
