Abstract: At 8:45 a.m. on June 20, 2018, Employee #1, employed by an electrical services company, was working at a multiemployer construction project, the renovation of a commercial building. He was attempting to install a light ballast, believing the circuit he was working on was de-energized. However, the breakers had not been correctly labeled, and the employee received an electric shock. He was transported to the hospital, admitted, and treated for electric shock and burns.
