Abstract: On March 16, 2018, an employee was struck in his chest and abdomen by thirteen wooden panels that fell from a vertical storage rack. Each panel weighed approximately 300 lbs and is made up of wooden boards, metal brackets, and edging. The employee was airlifted to the local trauma center where he died.
