Abstract: At 11;45 p.m. on April 2, 2018, an employee was working on the assembly line for cans and buckets being filled with paint and other solvent based cements. During work, the employee began experiencing respiratory issues. He was admitted to a nearby hospital for treatment, but later died from chemical exposure that resulted in respiratory failure.
