Abstract: At 9:00 a.m. on January 4, 2018, two employees were connecting drainage lines under a drilling floor when a guide used for transportation gave way and struck both employees. Employee #1 was struck in the back of his head and Employee #2 was struck on his hard hat. No specific injuries were reported in the initial report. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
