AGREEMENT TO ESTABLISH AN ALLIANCE

Alabama Department of Transportation

The 3M Corporation (hereinafter referred to as 3M) joins OSHA, ARBA, AlabamaAGC, Safe State and ALDOT in recognizing the value of establishing a collaborative relationship to foster safer construction work sites in the state of Alabama. 3M therefore agrees to join the OSHA, ARBA, AlabamaAGC, Safe State and ALDOT Alliance to use their collective expertise to help foster a culture of injury and illness prevention while sharing best practices and technical knowledge, especially in the area of work zone safety and "Struck By" hazards.

3M agrees to all of the provisions of the original Alliance signed on April 16, 2003.
